The Greengate Story.
It all started with the Mum and Dad test.
When the team from Greengate established the business, they created a simple measurement criterion: would they be happy for their Mums and Dads to live in one of their villages?
It’s a measurement that’s still in place at Greengate and the reason why they do what they do.
Greengate villages are different…from their people to their places. Different in the training and skills of the staff, the retention of independence, availability of all levels of care, architecture, sense of space and light, community activities and areas.
We call it Boutique Living and Caring because it is planned by individuals for individuals. No ‘one-size-fits-all’ at Greengate villages. There are currently three villages brought to life, two in Sydney and one in Brisbane, with a fourth on the way in Brisbane. The Greengate team builds them one by one to ensure it’s best for the land, the locale and the locals. Each village has its own style and personality. Each is a place the Greengate team would be proud to call the address of their Mums and Dads.
Quite simply, we want our residents to be living at their best and if that requires some level of care, we ensure that happens too.
